Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on liqnft.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction to use LiqNFT. Registering on behalf of another person without authorization is prohibited.

Use of the Platform

Your LiqNFT account is for personal or authorized business use only. You may not use the platform for money laundering, market manipulation, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates applicable law.

Liability Limitations

LiqNFT is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, force majeure events, or your own trading decisions. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk and past performance does not indicate future results.

We maintain 99.97% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance via the platform status page.

Intellectual Property

All content on liqnft.com — including the trading interface, logos, written content, and data feeds — is the property of LiqNFT or its licensed partners. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Account Termination

LiqNFT reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, fail identity verification, or are flagged by our compliance systems as high-risk.

If your account is closed for a violation, any funds remaining after compliance review will be returned to a verified withdrawal address within 30 days, subject to applicable regulatory holds.

Third-Party Services

LiqNFT integrates with third-party services including Fireblocks custody, Chainlink price feeds, and Stripe payment processing. Each third party operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and 2FA credentials. LiqNFT will never ask for your password by email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].

Your Rights

You have the right to request a full export of your account data, transaction history, and personal information held by LiqNFT at any time by contacting [email protected].

Changes to These Terms

LiqNFT may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication on liqnft.com. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
